A very big thank you to everyone who came to our free music workshop on Saturday 14th September at The Family Place in Clyro. It was such a lovely experience and a very well received event. Thanks to the Postcode Community Trust for funding this wonderful event.
Rob and Roz brought the debut performance of Philip Cashian’s Four Winter Moods with such deft skill – it had us all spellbound. Those participating engaged fully in the different atmospheres the music created, and used the creative listening and crafting activities to bring the whole piece to life in such brilliant ways.
A special thanks to Joy Rickwood for organising this wonderful event, to Annie Eldon for her support with the creative and hosting elements, and of course to the wonderful musicians Rob Peate and Roz Gladstone for giving us all the opportunity to hear live and new music up close, and in such a rich and engaging way.
