The Family Place Foundation would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to the Black Mountains Lions Club as the organisation comes to the end of its long service to the local community. Over recent years, the Lions has offered ongoing and much‑appreciated support to our work, and we are grateful for the care and commitment they have shown.
Representatives from the foundation were honoured to attend the Club’s final charity evening at the Baskerville Hall Hotel — a warm and memorable event that reflected the Lions’ long‑standing dedication to helping others.
We are profoundly grateful for their recent donation, as well as the contributions they have made in previous years, which have helped us continue providing support to vulnerable children, young people and families in our area. Their generosity has always been rooted in genuine community spirit, and that is something we deeply value.
We send our very best wishes to all members of the Black Mountains Lions Club for the future and thank them sincerely for the positive difference they have made over many years.
