The True Colours Trust is an independent funder working in the UK and Africa.
Their work focuses on improving access to palliative care for babies, children and young people in the UK and enabling disabled children and young people to live their lives to the full.
In September we were delighted to be awarded a grant from the Trust’s UK Small Grants programme.
This funded Family Activity Days for children who can find it very hard to access typical family activities.
